Cyber Program Manager, Lead

Manage and maintain the business, operational, and programmatic pillars of the engagement to ensure the success of solution implementation. Perform analysis and project management for the development and maintenance of program-defined outcomes. Work in collaboration with team members across all parts of the program to support high-quality, on-time delivery to clients. Apply a wide variety of project management techniques to effectively support the program’s technical staff and achieve program success. Conduct analysis to maintain and report on program-defined metrics. Leverage industry best practices to help define and govern program-wide business or development processes. Apply a consultative approach to supporting clients in overcoming their most difficult challenges through strategic planning of programmatic operations. 

You Have:

-8+ years of experience with applying expertise in project management to an IT environment, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management

-8+ years of experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings

-8+ years of experience with engaging stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives and prioritize goals

-Experience with supporting design initiatives for governance models, Cyber policy, or business process updates and improvements

-Experience with analyzing project-specific business metrics, including procurement data, staffing data, or financial data

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, and CMMI

-Experience with internal or external client management

-MA or MS degree

-PMP, CCMP, CISA, CSM or other certifications
