Cyber Project Manager, Senior

The Challenge:

Do you want to protect the federal government’s Cyber infrastructure from hackers, data breaches, and other compromises? Are you looking for a project management opportunity where you can take on more projects and scale to your comfort level? As a project manager, you have the skills needed to guide projects from beginning to end, making sure the end goal is achieved on-time and in budget. That’s why we need you. We need a project manager who can guide our critical Cybersecurity projects through their life cycle, and make sure they are successful because the integrity of our federal networks depends on it.

We are looking for a project manager to join our Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) team and manage projects that secure approximately 80% of the federal government’s networks and systems. As a project manager on our team, you’ll manage a mixed of team of engineers, developers, architects, testers, trainers, and other network and Cybersecurity specialists. You’ll conduct true project management activities, including scheduling, staffing, cost management, and scope management as you lead your team through the Cybersecurity modernization life cycle. You’ll build spend plans, staffing plans, schedules, monthly status reports, and conduct design reviews. One of your primary responsibilities will be building a relationship with your client through constant communications and managed expectations.

You’ll raise awareness of risks and make sure mission needs are met on-time and in budget. Your project’s goal is to ensure these key networks maintain a continued state of Cyber readiness, so you’ll work with the government to deploy new tools, bring them into an operational state, and train staff on Cybersecurity practices. This position is a rare opportunity to have ownership over important, technical work at a federal level. In addition to working on an impactful project, this is also a chance to build your experience in the high demand fields of Cybersecurity and Agile development. With multiple projects on our program, you will be able to scale your project management role to fit your comfort level by taking on multiple projects and working with mentors on other CDM projects, and across the firm. Join us as we modernize and protect our nation’s Cyber infrastructure.

Empower change with us.
