Cyber Security Analyst

Key Role:
Act as the single point of contact for a Navy client’s Cybersecurity team, including answering any question on package submission or the procedure, person, or office involved in the process. Provide expert and trusted advice to programs regarding their site, system, or application accreditation or authorization to facilitate the most effective Cybersecurity strategy under the Risk Management Framework process. Review DIACAP and RMF package documents to provide feedback to the client and recommendations to the NAO for Authorization to Operate (ATO). Stay abreast of policies and procedures in Cybersecurity, including providing guidance on newly released doctrine and NAO interpretation of existing back to client Information Assurance (IA) stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or Risk Management Framework (RMF)
-Experience in working with Navy eMASS, DADMS, and the DITPR-DON system and circuit repositories
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED
-Security+ Certification required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with project management
-Experience with the Navy command organization and IT infrastructure
-Experience with Navy enterprise network environments
-Ability to collaborate within a team environment while meeting strict deadlines and keeping the overall project on schedule
-Ability to develop reports, briefs, and executive summary memorandums and analyze standard operating procedures
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem–solving skills
-Possession of excellent customer or client management skills and techniques, including both internal and external
-Possession of excellent planning, organizational, and program or logistics coordination skills, including strict attention to detail 
-BA or BS degree preferred
-CISSP Certification preferred


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
