Cyber Workforce Human Capital Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the analysis of DoD Cyber workforce initiatives to effectively evaluate and communicate results to aid decision making processes. Identify mechanisms to validate and improve Cyber workforce policies and procedures. Develop knowledge of the interconnectedness of Cyber workforce programs and helps clients and team members enhance their knowledge. Work on complex projects and guide the activity of others on the team. Prioritize deliverables and work independently with little guidance. Produce deliverables that are valid and describe the validity of the method used to arrive at conclusions.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

-3+ years of experience with human capital program analytics or evaluation

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work independently and in a group or team setting

-Ability to collaborate across organization boundaries

-Ability to lead tasks in formal and informal group settings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with authoring and coordinating Cybersecurity or workforce-related policy in a government organization

-Knowledge of federal civilian and military human capital management processes and structures

-Knowledge of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework or the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) a plus

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Human Capital or Business fields; MS or PhD degree a plus
