Cyber Workforce Policy and Analysis

Key Role:

Provide Cybersecurity workforce analysis assistance throughout the strategy and policy development and implementation processes, under general supervision. Maintain responsibility to continuous monitor Cybersecurity workforce policies, programs, compliance artifacts and standards, in support of government and industry Cybersecurity missions and readiness. Support the administration and documentation of Cybersecurity workforce development programs and governance forums.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

-2+ years of experience in human capital program analytics or evaluation

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work independently and in a group or team setting

-Ability to collaborate across organization boundaries

-Ability to lead tasks in formal and informal group settings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in authoring and coordinating Cybersecurity or workforce-related policy in a government organization

-Knowledge of federal civilian and military human capital management processes and structures

-Knowledge of the national initiative for Cybersecurity education (NICE) Cybersecurity workforce framework or the DoD Cyber workforce framework (DCWF)

-Knowledge of the Defense acquisition workforce improvement act and related workforce programs

-Knowledge of DoD Policy structure and coordination process

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-TS/SCI clearance, preferred

-BA or BS degree in human capital, business or technical fields of study
