Cybersecurity Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity engineering services to conceptualizing, designing, and building secure Cloud solutions, including efficient, operationally viable applications, systems, architectures and infrastructures. Leverage the appropriate security products, including EMAS or Exacta and technologies to protect the organization’s systems and information and enable achievement of the organization’s objectives. Contribute to the design of innovative integration of Cybersecurity toolsets to enable more automated discovery, remediation, and alerting of network and device vulnerabilities, as a means of improving the security posture, including reducing manpower requirements. Analyze emerging technologies and design and build architectures and solutions to enable secure implementation of new technologies. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on unusually complex problems, and provide highly creative solutions. Act as leader on large programs or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with the design, engineering, installation, testing, operation, or maintenance of IT systems 
-5 years of experience with the security of IT systems or information
-Experience in working with Cloud technologies, including infrastructure as a service 
-Knowledge of secure IT architecture and computing hardware and software
-Knowledge of the DoD’s infrastructure design and development principles
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
-CISSP Certification
-Active DoD 8570 or 8140 Information Assurance Manager Level III Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with RHEL and Windows systems administration preferred
-Knowledge of the terminology and federal regulations applicable to specification, development, acquisition, and maintenance of IT systems
-Knowledge of terminology, processes, and regulations applicable to IT system assessment and authorization for the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
-Ability to translate and communicate concepts to technical implementers and non-technical decision-makers clearly and completely with minimal preparation
-AWS Architecture Associate Certification
-IT, service, and security certifications preferred
