Cybersecurity Analyst

Key Role:

Provide Cybersecurity engineering services to conceptualize and build secure technical solutions, including operationally viable and efficient applications, systems, architectures, and infrastructure. Consult on leveraging security products and technologies to protect the organization’s systems and information and enable achievement of the organization’s objectives. Apply design knowledge to the innovative integration of Cybersecurity toolsets to enable more automated discovery, remediation, and alerting of network and device vulnerabilities to improve the security posture while reducing manpower requirements. Analyze emerging technologies and design and build architectures and solutions to enable the secure implementation of new technologies.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy RMF A&A process

-Knowledge of Windows

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Ability to obtain a Security+ CE Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with ACAS vulnerability scanner, eMASS, and STIGs

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Fully Qualified Navy Validator (FQNV) or Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) Certification

-Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), or Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) Certification

-Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) or Information Systems Security Operations (ISSO) Officer Qualification
-Enrolled in Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) training


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
