Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance lifecycle process. Maintain responsibility for analyzing Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, or standards for government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Analyze the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization’s IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assisting with achieving full compliance with all laws and regulations. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. 
 

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with IT program or project management
-5+ years of experience with IT program management in the Army, DoD, or IC
-Experience with delivering large or complex projects on time and within budget for DoD organizations
-Experience with planning, coordinating, scheduling, resourcing, tracking, documenting, executing, and analyzing audits and inspections within an organization at an expert level
-Experience with applying compliance standards to large and complex IT environments
-Experience with the development and execution of knowledge management best practices and the automation of knowledge management frameworks in order to enhance processes and procedures related to the management of a project
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-DoD 8570 IAM II Certification, including CISSP, GSLC, CAP, or CISM
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
