Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Role:

Serve as a Cybersecurity subject matter expert for government clients in a fast-paced, demanding DoD environment. Support A&A and Cybersecurity, including risk management framework (RMF) for DoD IT, applying and assessing compliance with security technical implementation guides (STIGs), configuring, running, and reviewing the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and other automated scans, providing remediations, and providing input on RMF packages, including POA&M. Support the research of emerging technology, requisite security requirements, and emerging threats and develop a way forward to meet organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Retina, Nessus, SCAP Compliance Checker, ACAS, STIGs, hardening systems, and IA control application

-Active TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience with Cybersecurity or AA or AS degree and 4 years of experience with Cybersecurity

-8570 IAM or IAT II Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the RMF

-BS degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or IT

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
