Cybersecurity Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Provide leadership, team coordination, and subject matter expertise in a challenging environment that combines technical security operations talent with business consulting expertise to deliver high-value client IT security solutions. Join a team of security professionals that provide clients assurance that complex IT systems and networks meet security controls and standards. Plan and execute system scans to meet client requirements, analyze results, develop reports to be used to determine system vulnerabilities and risk posture, and provide recommendations for remediation to achieve desired security and risk posture. This position is located in Lexington, MA.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Cybersecurity or information assurance

-Experience with the DoD Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tool suite

-Experience with reviewing DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for applicability and implementing applicable STIGs

-Experience with analyzing security assessment reports and security assessment plans

-Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office

-Experience with maintaining spreadsheets and databases and preparing presentations

-Secret clearance

-DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or IAT Level III Certification or higher

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with security control validation and DoD information assurance, including DIACAP and RMF processes

-Experience in working with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool

-Experience with reviewing and generating security artifacts, including security plans, POA&Ms, network diagrams, and security CONOPS

-Experience with leading and developing small, high-powered teams

-Experience with developing and presenting technical information and presentations to non-technical audiences and clients both orally and in writing
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-BA or BS degree in Computer Engineering, CS, or a related field
