Cybersecurity Enterprise Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide Cybersecurity support and expertise for the enhancement of DoD Cybersecurity policies, processes, and guidance affecting enterprise-wide initiatives. Perform background research and analysis to support client meetings and existing and emerging DoD policies, programs, and other requirements. Assess Cybersecurity policies and functions of programs and systems and provide recommendations or enhancements to develop, implement, or execute capabilities to meet compliance or strategic and operational security needs. Participate in meetings with other federal entities and support information sharing and collaboration within a dynamic environment. Maintain responsibility for communicating with the client on deliverables, engagements, and other requirements.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with Cybersecurity or information assurance

-2+ years of experience with management consulting

-Experience with developing briefings and analyses or whitepapers

-Experience with briefing clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues
-Knowledge of DoD, NIST, and Joint Cybersecurity policies, including instructions, directives, and guidance

-Knowledge of risk management within IT systems, networks, and architectures

-Ability to comprehend the applicability of security standards and requirements across various technologies, systems, or platforms

-Ability to work with diverse teams in an often fast-paced environment

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with working at an OSD-level organization or service secretary level
-Experience with working full-time at a DoD client site

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting and communicating information to audiences with varying technical backgrounds effectively, including DoD leadership

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-Security+, CISM, or CISSP Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
