Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide full-spectrum Cyber operations strategic analysis and planning. Review requirements, conduct analysis, support plan development and coordination between DoD Cyber organizations. Conduct analysis and assessments of Cyber capabilities, recommend potential operational implementation strategies, provide operational and crisis action planning activities as referenced to Joint publications 5.0, develop Operations Plans (OPLANS), Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and staff products, including briefings, and white papers. Ensure plans are integrated into Air Force Information Network and recommend mitigation strategies (AFIN). Advise and assist with offensive Cyber operations planning, identifying, developing, evaluating, updating, and maintaining operational plans and doctrine for Cyber weapon systems. Provide near term more than 180 days and far term less than 180 days strategic analysis, and planning expertise to integrate AFCYBER operations and capabilities into emerging and current plans, crisis and contingency operations, including post mission assessment. Support development of comprehensive AF operational-level strategies for full spectrum Cyberspace operations. 


Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience with military or supporting military operations at the tactical, operational and strategic levels

-3 years of experience with a tactical Cyberspace organization, including the planning and execution of Cyberspace missions

-2 years of experience in a Cyberspace organization at the operational-level of warfare providing operational, and strategic planning support

-Knowledge of operational implementation strategies, operational and crisis action planning activities as referenced in Joint Publications 5.0, develop Operations Plans (OPLANS), Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and staff products, including briefings, and white papers

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with project management planning

-BA or BS degree in IT, IT Planning, or Operational Planning or related field

-DoD 8570 IAM level II Certification
