Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance Analyst

Key Role:
Provide support to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program within a federal agency. Analyze FOIA requests for information to determine whether they are reasonably described and searchable and task searches for records. Determine the responsiveness of records located and eliminate duplicative material. Perform quality control to ensure consistency and accuracy and prepare and maintain all case administrative files and other documentation. Prepare all final case materials for government approval prior to release. Identify agency equities and make recommendations for additional referrals to or consultations with those equity holders when necessary. Analyze intelligence information and make recommendations for release or withholding and perform softcopy redaction of material. 


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with performing complex administrative and analytical tasks

-Experience with working in a Microsoft Windows environment

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Pro or Redax, CADRE or HighView, and HP TRIM records management software

-Experience with information review and release case administration or analysis

-Experience with applying or following classification and declassification principles and practices

-Knowledge of the history of the IC

-Knowledge of satellite reconnaissance or intelligence collection

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
