Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance Analyst

Key Role:

Lead staff on maintaining compliance of custom-built software against stated security policies using code-scanning approaches. Provide leadership and mentoring for lower level employees. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on unusually complex problems and provide solutions that are highly creative. Act as a leader on large programs or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with IT Assessment and Authorization for the Navy or USMC

-Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity controls and validation procedures

-Ability to lead a team of RMF professionals and ensure quality delivery

-Secret clearance

-BS degree in Information Systems or 5 additional years of experience with IT Assessment and Authorization

-DoD 8570.01-M Compliant Certification
