Cybersecurity Senior Manager

Key Role:

Provide leadership, delivery, and direction to a growing team of Cyber strategy and security professionals to impact the firm's growth across multiple verticals. Oversee the execution of Cyber strategy capabilities and solutions to address the issues that most concern the financial services, energy, and other industries, including hi–tech manufacturing, retails, health, and transportation. Craft and deploy a Cyber strategy capability set to address the security of critical digital assets and infrastructures within each of these verticals. Support the capture and execution of Cyber strategy engagements across Booz Allen's International focused markets and leverage relationships in each of those markets to advance the firm's business objectives. Apply Booz Allen's Cyber capabilities and solutions to address the client's strategic, risk management, and regulatory requirements and build long-term strategies to ensure critical digital assets are secure. Play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse Cyber strategy talent.

Basic Qualifications: 
-12+ years of experience with advising C-suite and senior-level commercial and government clients on Cyber strategy across multiple disciplines, including policy, governance, risk management, Cyber security operations, identity and access management, and data protection

-5+ years of experience with defining, establishing, and leading business development and solution delivery with commercial and government clients in a fast-paced environment

-Experience in developing a high-performance team with digital, information security, and multi-industry Cyber domain expertise

-Experience as a technology and Cyber security thought leader

-Experience with regulatory security issues and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and systems controls

-Ability to identify, lead the capture of specific opportunities, and build a business around Cybersecurity across the health, energy, hi-tech manufacturing, retail, financial services, and other industries

-Ability to display a proven track record of strategically engaging with vertical leaders and gaining significant traction among key stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization

-Ability to work collaboratively within the firm’s commercial, Cyber, and strategic innovation group practices

-BA or BS degree or 8+ years of experience with Cybersecurity
