Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:
Provide technical expertise to Cybersecurity testing and analysis on multiple DoD systems. Assist with test design for Operational Test and Evaluation providing inputs on attack vectors and defensive response to the test teams. Provide insight into Cyber findings and recommendations on test reporting. Apply experience with adversarial techniques for affecting weapon systems. Leverage experience with major Air Force systems. This position requires the ability to travel for testing, site surveys, and other meetings 20% of the time, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as a penetration tester, Cyber red team operations, or information system defender
-Knowledge of advanced persistent threats and current exploitation techniques used against DoD systems
-Knowledge of DoD Information Security policies, standard procedures, directives, and best practices
-Active Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity
-CISSP, CISM, or CISA Certifications

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with implementing enterprise security architecture and performing incident response and handling
-Experience with performing Cybersecurity assessments, including risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing
-Knowledge of specialist expertise pertaining to wireless, ICS, RF, physical penetration testing, embedded devices, reverse engineering, malware analysis, protocol analysis, or supply chain attacks
-Possession of excellent oral and communication skills, including briefing threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents to technical and non-technical audiences and serving as liaison to project managers, development teams, and business stakeholders
-TS/SCI clearance
-MS degree in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
-CEH, OSCP, or similar certifications
-Defense Acquisition University Test and Evaluation certifications

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
