Cybersecurity Systems Administrator

Key Role:
Participate in designing, engineering, integrating, implementing, testing, deploying, maintaining, reviewing, and administering the infrastructure, hardware, and software required to manage the security and risk posture of network and resources effectively. Administer security systems while ensuring the protection of proprietary and confidential data. Provide technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Provide Tier I eMASS support for user requests, questions, or issues and function as an eMASS SME for multiple organizations. Create, delete, and update eMASS accounts and perform system upgrades and educate new users, as necessary. Configure and validate system security and evaluate security products to identify weaknesses. Conduct audits to ensure systems are being operated in accordance with defined policies and procedures and respond to client requests for information.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with IT or Cybersecurity

-1 year of experience as a system or tool administrator, including managing accounts, working to resolve user issues, and ensuring tools are fully operational

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting DoD clients

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

-Completion of eMASS version 5 classroom training

-Completion of ACAS training


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
