Cyberspace Capability Requirements Manager

Key Role:
Coordinate and contribute to the activities of a Cyber requirements management team. Define or refine Cyber requirements including development of concepts of operation and courses of action and applying expertise in Cyber subject matter within the capability division. Develop and coordinate capability requirements across all aspects of DOTMLPFI derived from high-level requirements, including Cyber operational requirements and capability targets. Develop resource proposals to support Cyber capability requirements. Coordinate the development of a capability requirements brief for Cyber. Analyze the development of policies, directives, and process refinement for requirements. Move DOTMLPFI decomposition into capability requirements and manage the requirements development processes for Cyber.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience in the requirements engineering field, including requirements management and education
-3 years of experience in the Cyber defense, CIS security, cryptography, or Cyber range field
-Knowledge of requirements management tools
-Ability to demonstrate proficiency in English, as defined in STANAG 6001 Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 3333 for Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in CS or Network Engineering
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with IBM Rational DOORS or equivalent
-Experience in the field of capability development processes related to national or military command and control at the development or acquisition phases
-Experience with program and project management in a complex, dynamic environment
-Experience with working in a national or military command in a CIS or Cyber area
-Knowledge of capability architectures
-Knowledge of configuration management methods and practices
-Cybersecurity Certification, including CISSP
