Cyberspace Exercise Planner

Key Role:

Support the US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) in the development, design, and execution of the command's training, readiness, and exercise activities at the command staff, component, and force level. Provide Cyber Network Operational (CNO) expertise, oversight, and support the design, planning, and execution of USCYBERCOM internal and external exercises, wargames, and certification events. Ensure coordination between the client, Command Directorates, and external CCMDs, agencies, and international partners. Review and refine client training and readiness products to ensure they align with command–level mission requirements for Cyberspace operations. Advise and assist the client with training audience coordination to ensure activities and event products and outputs align with training and readiness objectives and measures of performance. Support the development of USCYBERCOM Cyber work role standards and perform analyses of national and DoD Cyber work role initiatives to generate standard Cyber work roles and operational Cyber missions.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Cyberspace operations, including operational planning and Cyber mission force operations

-Experience with Cyberspace exercise and training activities

-Experience with DoD and interagency partners

-Ability to use analytic expertise to plan and conduct Cyberspace operations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in a command role within a military staff environment

-Experience with briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders

-BA or BS degree


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
