Cyberspace Operations/Mission Force Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Provide Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) and ISR-related knowledge to a Numbered Air Force (NAF) for Cyber ISR Capabilities Working Group (CICWG) analytic team management support and Cyber ISR Analytic Capability Collaboration Team (CCT), providing assessment methodology and technical assessment support to the NAF under Air Combat Commands (ACC) Global Integrated ISR (GIISR). Maintain responsibility for providing recommendations to the client on DCO related to Cyber ISR. Support the AF client in working groups, including the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) Integrated Product Team, Big Data Analytics, Cyber Information Intelligence Sharing, and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) DCO CCT. Provide input to both the Communications Squadron - Next (CS-N) and Mission Defense Teams (MDT) development. Provide the AF client with recommendations for NAF funding of Cyber analytical tools.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with supporting Air Force ISR personnel performing DCO missions or weapons systems

-Knowledge of Air Force network infrastructure, including JRSS, gateways, and DCO policy

-Knowledge of Air Force Cyber Mission Force Cyber protection teams and mission defense teams

-Knowledge of Air Force Cyberspace organizations

-Knowledge of NAF organizational structure and AF mission intelligence process

-Knowledge of Air Force DCO weapons systems

-Knowledge of the NAF relationship with DoD, USCYBERCOM, and other Service Components relating to DCO missions or weapons systems

-Knowledge of Air Force requirements, use cases, and implementation of Big Data analytics

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working on or interfacing with NAF staffs or other Joint and major staffs

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-CompTIA Security+ Certification

-GCIH Certification
