Cyberspace Policy Analyst

Key Role:

Support USCYBERCOM responding to SecDef and CJCS directed campaign assessments for military operations strategies, policies, and guidance globally and against threat adversaries by providing deliberate assessment of strategic level measures of performance and effectiveness. Analyze the USCYBERCOM Campaign Plan and other command strategy, policy, and doctrines. Support Net Assessment, for a formal, holistic, and strategic assessment process that provides a common informational baseline and strategic picture focused against the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS).


Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience as a Cyberspace policy analyst

-Experience with conducting research and analysis and contributing to the coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine for Cyberspace operations

-Experience with developing reports and briefings on policy, strategy, and doctrine activities

-Experience with analyzing policies on Cyberspace issues and researching authorities, concerns, and equities to ensure accurate representation

-Knowledge of existing Joint Cyberspace policies

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
