Data Reporting Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Leverage business analysis experience to produce high-quality analytical reports for internal senior leaders and business decision-makers. Plan, organize, and lead analysis efforts, including the collection, analysis, and layering of both internal and external business information. Author and produce a variety of analytical products in varying mediums that are tailored for the intended audience. Maintain and improve operational reports and make recommendations to improve internal data collection methods and systems to refine and grow reporting and analysis capabilities. Develop knowledge of both internal and external sources of data, data collection methods and systems, and available reporting tools. Perform client and project management activities, including gathering reporting requirements, setting client expectations, and establishing project schedules.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with consulting in a professional services, market research, or consulting firm focused on the development of business metrics, operational reports, and market trends

-4+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, and data integration

-Experience with gathering, filtering, and categorizing large amounts of data, analyzing and synthesizing information to identify business trends and critical issues, and developing conclusions and formulating recommendations

-Experience with project management for leading short– and long–term efforts, including resource management and change management, and driving projects to meet stated results and goals

-Experience in using Microsoft Office software to produce high–quality analytical products and reports, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with various reporting and analytical tools, including Tableau and Hyperion

-Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization to successfully execute assignments and cultivate a trusted advisor role with senior executives

-Ability to manage client expectations, shape and scope assignments, and deliver articulate and succinct executive–level briefings

-Ability to work in a fast–paced and collaborative environment, adapt to changing demands and priorities, and execute against ambiguous direction

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with online tools, including GovWin

-Experience with database management and administration

-Knowledge of government contracting

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
