Key Role:
Conduct and contribute to multidisciplinary research initiatives and collaborate with engineers and analysts in the design, development, and use of electronic data processing systems and solutions. Work with an analytics team to determine efficiencies in identifying and modeling key datasets and streamlining overall analytics processes and procedures. Advise hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems, including storage capacity, processing speed, memory, and input and output requirements. Perform short suspense, high visibility ad–hoc data analytics and present the results in a clear, usable, and repeatable methodology. Manage the entire analytics life cycle from initial requirement identification, including final production and modify and maintain this solution as the landscape changes and the requirements flex to meet the needs of the team.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Python
-Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
-Experience with data analytics, data correlation, statistical algorithms, databases, data regression, and scripting languages
-TS/SCI clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the R language and R studios
-Experience with IDEs, including Spider IDE and SQL Developer
-Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
-Experience with the ETL process
-Experience with Sentiment and text analysis
-Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms, including k–NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, or Decision Forests
-Ability to multitask and prioritize
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BS degree in Mathematics or a related field
