Data Solutions Architect, Senior

Key Role:
Serve as a senior leader and architect of data solutions focused on driving technology modernization and meeting client challenges. Apply technology and innovation to client mission areas within the healthcare sector with a specific focus on data platforms, strategies, and architectures. Direct multiple teams of architects involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of large-scale IT architecture projects. Provide technical thought leadership based on industry trends and drive relevant innovations into client markets to differentiate the firm's brand. Develop trusting and credible partnerships with colleagues, clients, and external vendors to understand mission and operational challenges and influence positive change and impact. Deliver on commitments with exceptional quality delivery to become an essential partner to clients and stakeholders. Develop a high performing and motivated team to help execute digital vision and strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with defining, establishing, and leading software development and technology transformation projects
-5+ years of experience in federal government solutions leadership and technical management roles, including leading IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or system or data platform implementation engagements
-Ability to form and lead teams under significant schedule, budget, and performance constraints
-Ability to take a broad and enterprise view of the business and understand linkages across strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Agile software development lifecycle methodologies
-Experience in serving as a solution, product owner, or voice of the customer
-Experience with client knowledge across HHS agencies, including the FDA, CDC, CMS, NIH, and SAMHSA
-Experience with proposal development and management 
-Experience with government acquisition and program delivery
-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills, including conveying comprehension of the challenge and influencing change
-Active Public Trust clearance
-MA or MS degree preferred
