Database Designer, Mid

Key Role:

Develop relational databases for learning management systems and deliver instructional technologies for online courses and collaborative tools. Conduct Web design, instructional systems design, and multimedia design activities, and produce Web-based content. Develop and disseminate computer-based instructional products and courses. Perform learning management system operation, including data and network maintenance and management activities. Liaise across the intelligence customer enterprise and with Mission Partners to facilitate cross-organizational training and file sharing.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with designing educational materials to include codifying learning objectives, developing curricula, designing and producing briefs, manuals, videos, and educational training tools and courses

-3+ years of experience with conducting knowledge-based instruction on client systems and architectures

-3+ years of experience in working with the intelligence community

-Knowledge of the full range of the intelligence customer’s products and services, including SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, COMM, MOD, GED, SED, OSL, and MID

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in a professional environment in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to design training materials that include codifying learning objectives, developing curricula, and designing and producing briefs, manuals, videos, and multimedia training tools and courses

-Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing situations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
