DCGS/SIGINT Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the collection, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence, including communications, electronic, and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence. Support the execution of SIGINT collection requirements. Comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, use specialized SIGINT tools and services, and develop SIGINT products. Solve non-standard information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Acquire, validate, maintain, and scope data to uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions and correlations to future events. Prepare assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source and other information. Prepare deliverables on analysis methodologies and results, learn and apply emerging technologies to process metadata and content for discovery purposes.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with the analysis and identification of reportable indicators based on national and theater-level requirements

-Knowledge of GMA or SGA analytic tools

-Knowledge of SIGINT programs, policies, and doctrines 

-Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications, as required

-Ability to work in a collaborative, small group environment

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

-HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with SIGINT, AA or AS degree and 4+ years of experience with SIGINT, or BA or BS degree and 3+ years of experience with SIGINT

-Completion of Military Service SIGINT Analyst Basic Course, SASMO, GEO Bootcamp, or Reporting Bootcamp


Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with drafting SIGINT product reports, tactical, or strategic 

-1+ years of experience with DNI analysis

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Completion of the National Cryptologic School Course RPTG3225


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
