Defense System Administrator and Office Manager

Key Role:

Provide general facilities administration support, including responding to calls for facility repair, purchasing of office supplies and stationery, business cards, name plates, handling special mail requests, printing services, petty cash account and facility security functions. Assist with fixed asset inventories, track and order office supplies, coordinate and set up meetings. Provide work direction to junior employees. Leverage comprehension of policies and procedures, exhibit tactful communications expertise with related systems. Under supervision, draft, coordinate, review, and edit staff packages, and support brief, point, background and white papers, and electronic staffing (E-staffing). This position is located in Bossier City, LA.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in an office setting

-2+ years of experience as an office manager

-Experience with Microsoft Suite

-Knowledge of government contracts

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting group meetings

-Ability to comprehend the Air Force MAJCOM organizational structure

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-BA or BS
