Demand Generation, Lead

Key Role:

Support and execute an integrated demand generation plan, including email, nurture programs, events, Webinars, Search engine optimization (SEO) and Search engine marketing (SEM), social media and joint partners initiatives. Participate in market research to define and score serviceable market from total addressable market data. Assist in market strategy development, including ideation and testing of penetration strategies for existing customer base and whitespace analysis for new service development. Support increase top of funnel leads, monitor and improve lead scoring models and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates and overall lead quality, and define KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) for lead follow up and work with marketing and sales leadership to implement, monitor and countermeasure as needed. Support, deploy and test emails, landing pages and lead lists. Develop a/b testing to continuously refine content. Work with product and marketing to help inform content strategy, develop campaign specific messaging and align demand generation programs with ongoing marketing initiatives. Establish and improve the marketing automation process and tooling, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure optimal system operation, and manage and maintain customer and prospect database hygiene, segmentation and lead scoring models.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in driving impactful demand generation programs

-Experience in Government-facing, mission-oriented message development and working with federal agencies in rolling-out large programs

-Experience in working directly with prospects and leads at top of a sales funnel

-Experience with marketing automation tools, techniques and Google analytics

-Experience with a spectrum of marketing strategies, including targeted emails, direct contact, referrals, events, partnerships, and Web-ads, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

-Ability to track record of creating compelling campaign specific messaging and positioning

-BA or BS degree in marketing

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in marketing S/PaaS or Enterprise software for a B2b and/or B2g high-tech company preferred

-Experience with outdoor or hospitality industries is a bonus

-Possession of excellent analytical expertise

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

-MA or MS degree
