Deputy Delivery Lead

The Charleston Digital Hub of Booz Allen Hamilton, is seeking qualified candidates for a Delivery Lead in the Charleston, SC area.

What You'll Do:

•Manage the delivery of the product through the complete SDLC using the appropriate agile project management methodology, with a focus on continual improvement.

•Responsible for the comprehensive technical solutions and work execution for multiple Scrum teams.

•Coordinate with Production Operations teams, Release Management, Defect Management, Architecture and Engineering teams to support product design, deployment and maintenance.

•Lead the collaborative, dynamic release planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

•Monitor release schedule and execution to ensure on-time delivery 

You Have:

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Must live in Charleston, SC or be willing to relocate

-5+ years of experience with software development and implementation
-5+ years of experience in working with service orientated concepts and enabling technologies
-2+ years of experience with leading technical delivery initiatives
-Software development skills, including design, review, development, testing, deployment and support

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with managing engineers, supporting individual growth, delivery, and performance expectations
-Practical Agile software development experience

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
