Deputy Program Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs and projects to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals. Serve as a project team leader, including reviewing user or technical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, creating or tracking project schedules and quality assurance. Ensure clear team communication and timely issue resolution across the program. Apply business process improvement methodologies to increase program effectiveness and efficiencies. Lead advanced technical projects or resolution of business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge. Provide advanced consulting for clients with expertise in mission engineering and business process improvement. Lead generation of intellectual capital, develop team competency in project and financial management, and directly manage teams and support execution of business strategy. 

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with program or project management

-5+ years of experience with business process improvement or mission engineering

-Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deliver on-time and cost results 

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with program management offices (PMOs)

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills for senior leader consumption

-MA or MS degree
