Design, Communications, and Program Coordinator

Key Role:

Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project. Maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with developing Web site content, marketing materials, including newsletters, factsheets, brochures, press releases, social media campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations, and multi-media productions, including transcript writing and video vignette coordination

-Experience with writing or content creation, editing, and proofing messages for multiple targeted audiences

-Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Experience with strategic communications, including compiling, drafting, proofreading, and editing program documents and developing factsheets, briefings, or brochures

-Experience with copywriting

-Knowledge of the use of applications, including Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop or InDesign, Illustrator, and Tableau

-Ability to plan and coordinate meetings and events, including technology exhibitions

-Ability to be flexible and readily adaptable to change, including changes in processes, requirements, and priorities

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience with marketing and design or MA or MS degree and 8 years of experience with marketing and design

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 

-Possession of excellent presentation and time management skills
