Digital Change Strategist, Mid

Key Role:

Work closely with clients to develop a deep comprehension of mission and business goals. Influence solutions and steer program activities in alignment with those goals. Define success metrics and create plans to monitor and manage achievement of identified milestones. Advocate for customer needs and orchestrate across cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, product owners, and customer support to lead successful digital implementations and transformations. Leverage technical acumen and in-depth knowledge of customer mission, serving as a liaison between the technical team and the customer, to prioritize business needs. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing thought leadership and actionable recommendations to client leadership. Use best practices from project management, communications, change management, and systems development methodologies to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in client-facing roles

-Experience with customer success or account management

-Knowledge of industry-standard customer success practices and methodologies

-Ability to manage multiple project or initiatives simultaneously

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with growing and managing teams of customer success professionals

-Ability to exhibit a track record of influencing effectively at all levels

-Ability to develop innovative approaches and methodologies to deliver customer success best practices in a non-traditional environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills
