Digital Change Strategist, Senior

Key Role:

Design and lead digital change strategies crossing organizational cultures, structures, and systems to drive digital transformation at velocity. Work as an integrated part of the digital team to foster relationships with business owners, align solutions to organizational needs, and empower and motivate customers to achieve sustainable results. Function as a coach for senior leaders and executives to support their roles as sponsors while partnering with leaders to identify and activate change communications.

Leverage experience with customer relationship agents. Provide the overarching strategy for integrating communications, training, and user support to accelerate adoption and institutionalize change.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with communications

-Experience with organizational change management, business strategy, and project management

-Experience with executive and senior leader co-management, client management, and meeting facilitation

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required


Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
