Digital Security Project Manager

Key Role:
Serve as a team leader for the Justice, Homeland Security, and Transportation account, including focusing on client delivery and management of large-scale delivery activities with a specific focus on digital transformation and Cybersecurity. Build relationships with market clients, leadership, and key executives. Manage small teams in the technical delivery of complex integration efforts, interface with clients and staff and manage program schedules, key work products, and delivery risks. Apply experience with Agile systems delivery methodologies and build expertise in Cloud and security.  Develop whitepapers and contribute towards proposal preparation and development.

Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with supporting large scale projects
-2+ years of experience with project management for transformational or security programs

-Experience in working with senior-level clientele, including the c-suite, such as providing status briefings and recommendations

-Knowledge of the risk management framework, Cybersecurity policies, and vulnerability assessments

-Ability to work with functional teams from initial concept development to final development and delivery

-Ability to grasp the big picture and apply critical decision making to solving complex technology problems

-Ability to obtain a security clearance required
-BS degree in Engineering or CS
-PMP Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with progressively technical digital transformation
-Knowledge of trends influencing digital solutions in general, including those influencing federal government industry
-Ability to apply digital expertise, including digital security, ideation, and shared services cost modeling
-Ability to articulate solutions and benefits clearly
-Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
