Director, Human Resources

Key Role:
Serve as a strategic talent business partner in driving all talent management processes and solutions across the group. Collaborate with leaders across and within the group and work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a group talent strategy. Deliver an integrated talent story to various leaders at the market level while maintaining awareness of people trends and needs activities by account across any corresponding functional areas. Inform approaches for attracting critical talent and engage hiring managers and employees in talent acquisition and other talent strategies. Analyze demand, including requisitions, staffing plans, and an opportunity pipeline and supply, including headcount and attrition in the market to create a growth plan to meet that goal and subsequently align internal practices with the business strategy, drive workforce planning and talent management, capture, and share and integrate client requirements regularly to ensure stakeholders comprehend business needs and the actions recommended to deliver on those business needs. Translate requirements to Centers of Excellence (COEs) who will develop corresponding programs, partner with COEs in tracking, socializing, and managing the change of those programs on behalf of the group, maintain oversight of the execution of talent planning in the market, and maintain high a level of insight into critical HR activities, as pertinent to clients.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in HR and consulting with a Fortune 500 company
-Experience with integrating business strategy and planning activities
-Experience with identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes
-Experience with defining strategic objectives and high-level requirements
-Experience with identifying market-specific insights to drive and deliver on talent management and pipeline priorities
-Experience with driving scalable programs and process improvement
-Experience with implementing and managing talent and organizational effectiveness processes, programs and systems
-Ability to act as a business advisor and consult to drive business priorities and ability to drive and communicate critical messages to leadership
-Ability to identify and coordinate with key stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-MA or MS degree a plus
