Distributed Learning Program Point of Delivery Capabilities Management Lead

Key Role:

Support federal and state-level implementation of the terms and conditions of the National Guard Master Cooperative Agreement. Provide the government with asset and configuration management support for the Distributed Learning (DL) Program’s 400+ fixed and mobile DL Classrooms, including the DLP Change Request process to track all requested and approved modifications to baselines. Provide analysis of existing DLC IT equipment and emerging technology and recommend potential equipment refresh options. Serve as the technical liaison to various clients and Army entities for IT matters pertaining to the DLP Program. Provide technical and operational support for operations and maintenance of the DL Reporting and Scheduling System (DLRSS), including troubleshooting issues, creating reports, modifying or adding functions, and managing user accounts. Provide RMF compliance support and updates for DLP systems and applications, including registration and maintenance of all DLP RMF documents in the US Army Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS), the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS), or other systems the government specifies related to RMF conformance. Support annual Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) review requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with supporting federal and state-level ARNG operations
-3+ years of experience with asset and configuration management of DL training delivery systems
-3+ years of experience with using enterprise resource scheduling and utilization management solutions
-Experience with using the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS)

-Secret clearance
-BS degree
-Security+ or CISSP Certification
-IAM Level III Baseline Certification

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with using the full Microsoft Office productivity suite of applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Experience with using the Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) application Meeting Room Manager, including configuration and maintenance
