Electrical/Computer Engineer

Key Role:
Work as an engineer and analyst, including using advanced research and development (R&D), analysis, and engineering techniques to perform technical analysis as part of a broader modeling and simulation team working with clients. Leverage existing and emerging processes to conduct research in the field of trusted and assured microelectronics devices, including assessing the reliability of integrated circuits and embedded systems. Oversee technical lab activities and operate test equipment and instrumentation. Analyze and document details for various mission scenarios and vignettes. Maintain responsibility for analyzing and conducting the technical processes or phases of projects and coordinating the efforts of other technical or engineering support personnel. This position is located in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

Basic Qualifications: 

-Experience as an engineer or analyst, including microelectronic and integrated circuit work or methods to evaluate microelectronic security and reliability 
-Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes and integrated circuit and board-level electronic design
-Experience with software development or coding, including C++ and Python
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with hardware description languages, including Verilog or VHDL preferred
-Experience with logical and physical design verification
-Experience with electronic design automation tools, including Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics tool suites
-Top Secret clearance
-MA or MS degree in EE or Computer Engineering preferred; PhD in EE or Computer Engineering a plus
-Completion of materials science studies preferred
