Electronic Warfare/Doctrine Developer

Key Role:

Work in a small team environment to analyze the development or revision of doctrine publications for a Navy client and the primary review authority (PRA) for the publication. Conduct development following the Navy Doctrine Development process found in NTTP 1-01: Initiate Publication, including using thorough research and analysis to analyze the development of a detailed plan. Analyze the development and revision of publications, including leveraging authoritative sources and subject matter experts and further revising and submitting publications.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with working on Fleet electronic warfare (EW) operations at a carrier strike group or amphibious ready group level

-Experience with electromagnetic spectrum operations

-Experience as a US naval officer or senior EW technician

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Knowledge of the electro-magnetic spectrum, including operations in and exploitation of the Spectrum, including an emphasis on radars and sensor operations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-BA or BS degree
