Electronic Warfare Software Engineer/Coder

Key Role:
Develop manual waveforms in support of electronic warfare initiatives and use multiple software coding frameworks to design waveform techniques. Develop modifications, track capability development, coordinate testing, and inform tactics development to guide the weapon system’s evolution.  Cultivate working relationships with Cyber organizations, principally through the client locally and the San Antonio client. Work with local client and assist with identifying opportunities for air-enabled Cyber operations. Liaise with the client’s program office to assist with developing and implement major platform enhancements, quick reaction capabilities, and software changes.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience in working with or around DoD weapons projects or weapons systems
-Experience with MATLAB and C++ to program loadable code on systems and hardware
-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of electronic warfare systems in Electronic Attack (EA) and reprogramming systems  
-Knowledge of formulating EA techniques and waveforms unilaterally or in coordination with the client and with Cyber development organizations, the Intelligence Community, DoD Research Laboratories, University Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs), or Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs)
-Knowledge of radar and communications signal generation and processing
-Knowledge of ELINT data and analysis
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BS degree in a technical field or experience with Electronic Attack Capabilities preferred; MS degree in a technical field a plus
-Graduate of a Military Electronic Warfare Course or Developmental Engineering School, including practical engineering or flight testing preferred
