Electronics Technician

Our team develops cutting-edge investigative solutions for law enforcement, answering the call when off-the-shelf tools fail.  We’re looking for a technician to join our team and participate in deploying those solutions and supporting the investigators trying to make the case against criminals and other threat actors.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in electronics, comfort with software tools and scripts, and possesses strong analytic skills and attention to detail.  You are able to repair and rework electronics in order to bring damaged devices “back to life” for recovery, use in-circuit debugging techniques, and directly interface with memory components.  Afterward, you’ll use standard and custom tools to access firmware and user data, parse, and validate findings. Throughout you’ll keep a focus on our end users, making sure that we are delivering results within the operational timelines of the law enforcement community. Strong analytic skills will serve you well, figuring out why our tools aren’t working, identifying clever ways to validate data, and looking for ways to improve the speed and reliability of our processes.  We work in a fast–paced and mission–oriented environment and you should be highly motivated with an enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools. This position is located in Quantico, VA.
