Embedded Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Perform highly complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software in support of an intelligence community client in Central Maryland. Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced software applications and problems. Work directly with experts in software reverse engineering, embedded development, and researchers to develop products in a continuous integration environment and validate solutions through iterative development cycles. Help to lead and plan capability development efforts while participating in regular retrospectives to identify ways to improve the team, their products, and the overall delivery effort.

You Have:

-6+ years of experience with software system requirements analysis, design, development, integration, or testing

-4+ years of experience in software development with C/C++ in Windows, UNIX, or Linux

-1+ years of experience with Python development

-Experience with unit test development using Unity, Cmock, or other similar software test utilities for C/C++

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree


Nice If You Have:

-Experience with performing software reverse engineering using RE tools, including IDA Pro

-Experience with performing embedded software development for platform architectures, including PowerPC, MIPS, ARM, x86, or another specific microcontroller or microprocessor family

-Experience with requirements analysis tools and configuration management tools, including Razor and Subversion

-Experience with operating systems internals in Windows, UNIX, or Linux

-Experience with integrating hardware and software systems

-Experience with technical writing to author system documentation

-Experience with vulnerability analysis

-Knowledge of common binary file formats, including ELF and COFF

-Knowledge of common protocols and standards
-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related field


Clearance:
