Embedded Developer

Key Role:

Work as a software developer and join a highly successful, award-winning team supporting work with an intelligence community client in Central Maryland. Support numerous challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission. Apply problem-solving expertise in a rapidly-evolving security environment. Work directly with experts in software reverse engineering, embedded development, and researchers to develop products in a continuous integration environment and validate solutions through iterative development cycles. Help lead and plan capability development efforts while participating in regular retrospectives to identify ways to improve the team, their products, and the overall delivery effort.


Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with software system requirements analysis, design, development, integration, and testing

-4+ years of experience with software development using C/C++ in Windows, UNIX, and Linux

-1+ years of experience in Python development

-Experience with unit test development using Unity, CMock, or other similar software test utilities for C/C++

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with performing software reverse engineering using RE tools, including IDA Pro

-Experience with performing embedded software development with platform architectures, including PowerPC, MIPS, ARM, x86, or other specific microcontroller or microprocessor family

-Experience with requirements analysis tools and configuration management tools, including Razor and Subversion

-Experience with operating systems internals in Windows, UNIX, and Linux

-Experience with integrating hardware and software systems

-Experience in technical writing to author system documentation

-Experience with vulnerability analysis

-Knowledge of common binary file formats, including ELF or COFF

-Knowledge of common protocols and standards
