Emergency Communications Program Manager

Key Role:

Work as part of a Booz Allen team providing public safety, emergency communications, and technical, policy, and strategic analyses for the client's federal, state, local, and tribal public safety emergency communications coordination mission. Apply expertise in program and project management, national-level planning, public safety, and emergency communications systems to lead and drive implementation activities focused on improving communications interoperability nationwide. Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Serve as the project team leader, review client technical requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create and track project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Facilitate discussions with clients and stakeholders and support the development of client solutions in conjunction with a team of analysts and emergency communications domain experts. 

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with program and project management, including developing, implementing, or assessing national-level plans or planning documents

-Experience in working with public safety, law enforcement, emergency communications, or emergency management

-Experience with managing the delegation of tasks to team members, including leading quality assurance and quality control for deliverables

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications

-Experience in working with federal, state, of local government clients

-Possession of excellent analytical and diverse problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
