Emergency Management Analyst

Key Role:

Provide mission critical support to emergency management clients regarding the development and implementation of new programs. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients and make recommendations regarding task approaches and products. Support the development and publication of program guidance, including ensuring consistency across all materials. Develop program materials, including talking points, agendas, fact sheets, and briefings for various stakeholder groups. Plan, coordinate, and support stakeholder meetings, working group sessions, and workshops with program stakeholders. Support the development and tracking of program performance measures. Coordinate with clients regarding project implementation, status of tasks, and priorities daily.


Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with emergency management operations or doctrines

-Experience with policy implementation, program development, or interagency coordination

-Experience with developing briefings, talking points, meeting materials, trackers, and reports

-Experience with analyzing and maintaining project plans and schedules

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS required


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with federal, state, or local government clients

-Experience with writing, preparing, and briefing presentations to senior clients

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organization, analytical, and diverse problem-solving skills
