Employment Engagement Human Capital Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Apply expertise in change management, organization assessment and design, human capital, strategic planning, talent management, and general management consulting. Support Booz Allen teams working with clients to execute strategic and tactical human resource-related initiatives and to solve workforce challenges. Facilitate the execution of operational human resource activities, provide analysis for the development of human resource-related policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and capture and analyze business processes. Complete important assignments on a short schedule, monitor and direct the workflow of the project, contribute functional expertise for the management of client deliverables, develop client-ready products, including briefings, reports, and internal communications, and leverage industry best practices in human resources, strategy, and change management. Synthesize and analyze complex information and work with the broader team to develop high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Apply expertise in survey analysis and employee engagement to support organizations in analysis and human capital planning to improve upon Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)results. Conduct statistical analysis of key drivers, including employee engagement, facilitate focus groups to identify themes in employee engagement challenges, develop recommendations and action plans to improve employee engagement, and coordinate implementation planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with general management consulting, including change management, organizational assessment and design, human capital, strategic planning, or talent management

-2+ years of experience with administering and analyzing employee engagement and climate surveys, including FEVS
-1+ years of experience with managing tasks or projects, including directing the work of others and establishing timelines and project methodologies

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with statistical analysis software, including SPSS

-Experience with facilitating focus groups

-Ability to be self-motivated and multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets, both quantitative and qualitative

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in the public sector preferred

-Experience with direct client service preferred

-Possession of excellent time management and organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
