Key Role: 
Maintain responsibility for the development and deployment of Aviation Command and Control systems. Perform or direct other personnel in performing tasks involving technology assessment, system performance analysis, system integration planning, specification development, test and evaluation, communications information system concept formulation, design, or analysis, hardware or software configuration, deployment, and training. Apply theoretical and conceptual knowledge, analytical and work expertise, and experience with the specific systems necessary to perform comprehensive analysis of the identified Aviation Command and Control system’s concepts, designs, and test requirements. Leverage problem solving expertise and experience with overseeing the accomplishments of multiple tasks by multiple project leads. Apply expertise in the selection, adaptation, extension, and application of sophisticated analytical tools, including computer simulation, automated data analysis techniques, throughput analysis, and other similar methodologies and techniques. Analyze all financial management processes and budgeting. Write and validate technical reports. 

Basic Qualifications:
-15 years of experience in the Aviation Command and Control field
-Knowledge of technology analysis and assessment, design definition, development of systems specification, systems analysis, systems architecture, systems or equipment integration, test and evaluation criteria, and logistics support of C4ISR requirements
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or CS

Additional Qualifications:
-Public Trust clearance
