Enterprise Agile Coach, Lead

Key Role:

Assist with bringing Agile’s benefits, greater collaboration, value to users, productivity, time‐to‐delivery, and purpose to more teams and infuse it with the fabric of their enterprise. Leverage expertise as an agilist and motivational change agent, including seeing the angles that others don’t, giving them a voice, and guiding lasting, impactful change. Manage relationships in the global community of Agile coaches to serve a wide variety of clients from national security to healthcare, armed forces to financial services, and commercial clients across the globe. Assist with working across all levels of an organization to drive the adoption of Agile values, principles, and practices. Provide a groundbreaking vision for clients and build guiding coalitions to see it come to life.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in working with Agile values, principles, practices, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe

-4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, product owner, or Agile coach

-Knowledge of business functions and business operations, strategies, and objectives

-Ability to work closely with senior-level clients, encouraging, mentoring, and partnering with them to see their agility visions through

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience with software, IT, engineering, organizational design (OD) and change management (OCM), communications, or behavioral psychology required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with scaling Agile across multiple related teams or starting a new multi-team program

-Experience with coaching on a multi-team program

-Experience with coaching in distributed teams or a multi-site environment

-Experience with test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration environments

-Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

-Agile Certifications, including one or more of the following: PMI-ACP, CSP, ICAgile ICP-ATF/ICP-ACC, ICAgile ICP-ENT/ICP-CAT, ICAgile ICE, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
