Enterprise Architect, Senior

Key Role:
Support the Navy's Manpower Personnel, Training, and Education (MPT&E) domain through the application of enterprise architecture expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and conduct modeling and analyze technology resources. Apply analytical techniques that recommend technical solutions to help the organization’s IT portfolio achieve its objectives. Lead workshops, decision meetings, collaborative sessions, and executive briefings related to a wide range of Enterprise Architecture and IT enabling topics. Manage the delivery of high quality work products, including the development and maintenance of project schedules and resources.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with enterprise and solution architecture.
-5+ years of experience with developing business, systems, and data architecture models using the System Architect Enterprise Architecture tool
-3+ years of experience with using the DoDAF
-3+ years of experience with developing BPMN models
-3+ years of experience with the Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA)
-3+ years of experience with working for DoD or federal clients
-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with performing administration and maintenance of the System Architect Enterprise Architecture tool
-3+ years of experience in a project leadership role as an architecture lead, task lead, or project lead preferred
-2+ years of experience with developing an IT strategy in support of systems development, architecture development and maintenance, portfolio management, or acquisition management
-Experience with working in Agile environments a plus
-Experience with using Microsoft Visio and Office
-Ability to enforce documented standards and provide guidance to application teams
-Ability to create and maintain documentation pertinent to data architecture and standards
-Ability to work on assigned tasks both in a team environment and independently
-Possession of excellent documentation, analytical, interfacing, and presentation skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
-FEAC, BPMN, or ITIL Certification

-Enterprise Architect Certification preferred
