Enterprise Architect

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for the development and maintenance of a defense client's enterprise architecture. Analyze the development of business, technical, and functional processes and requirements. Analyze DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)-compliant architecture artifacts to document the client's technologies, systems, capabilities, processes, and relationships in accordance with enterprise architecture (EA) guidelines. Perform architecture development, design, integration, and reviews at the enterprise reference architecture (ERA) and segment reference architecture (SRA) solution levels. Analyze, update, and implement training on various DoDAF, business process model and notation (BPMN), and data topics effectively.  Provide consultation and strategic guidance to the chief architect and other senior leaders to help shape the strategy and direction for various ongoing initiatives. Leverage architecture tools and provide recommendations to the chief architect on technical solutions.  

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience as a enterprise analyst or enterprise architect

-Experience with DoDAF and BPMN

-Experience with reviewing, developing, and analyzing architecture

-Experience with identifying as-is and to-be architecture states and providing input on roadmaps to get to the to-be state

-Experience with communicating and negotiating on technical and non-technical issues

-Experience with developing and implementing architecture training material for various topics and stakeholders

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the DoD

-Experience with MEGA Hopex

-Experience with Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and the acquisition life cycle process

-Knowledge of DoD policies
