Enterprise Architect

Key Role:

Identify the hardware, software, and other resources needed for modernization and sustainment of delivered services in support of OA DCGS rollout; collaborates with prime contractors, support contractors, military personnel, government civilians and various mission partners to provide short- and long-term integration costing solutions of multiple concurrent baselines, including subsystem functionality and GOTS and COTS products into system capabilities, including conduct and presents analyses to manage risk, avoid duplication and gaps and cost overruns with regard to software licenses and data right claims. Leverage enterprise systems engineering and integration processes and personnel to manage transition, modernization and fielding of OA DCGS-supported software and applications, including identify, review and analyze software deficiencies, engineering change proposals (ECPs) and Deficiency Reports (DRs) to inform transition and sustainment planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with AF DCGS operations, modernization, planning, policy and acquisition and sustainment support

-Ability to provide strategic and technical advice regarding AF DCGS weapon system software, hardware, infrastructure, and sustainment issues

-Ability to generate and present findings, presentations, and reports and engage with government clients, executive leadership, staff support, and internal and external stakeholders

-Knowledge of materiel management functions for a DoD weapon system, including weapon system sustainment planning intended to cover the total life-cycle of the weapon system

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Finance or technical discipline or 10+ years of experience with AF-DCGS operations, planning, policy, acquisition

Additional Qualifications: 

-Experience with tactical intelligence collection systems and sensors, SIGINT, GEOINT, Multi-INT, intelligence product production and dissemination, communication systems, and ATM and IP Networking technologies

-Knowledge of Open Architecture concepts, and pen Architecture DCGS

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Active TS/SCI clearance preferred

-Networking knowledge or equivalent certification
